Each summer families in and around the historic town of New Market open up their homes to the selected members of our team. This is done totally on behalf of the young men we invite to become members of our organization. Our host families provide all the incidentials each player may need, within reason, to make his stay with us a rewarding and enjoyable experience.

The incoming players arrive in New Market around Memorial Day each year. The exact date varies but it is always on Sunday of the week the season begins. Our regular season begins on the first Friday in June and runs through the last week of July. If the Rebels make the playoffs, the season could be extended by as much as two additional weeks.

The Adopt A Rebel program is one of the most important aspects of the New Market Rebel Organization. It is, in fact, the foundation of our program. Good guest-host relationships are a top priority in our year to year operation. If our goals are met, lifelong relationships will be established which will serve as lasting mementos for the player and the host family.
